El Chalt\u00e9n Self-guided
\nOne day choosing the itinerary at your will<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Description<\/h3>\n

The transfer begins with the passengers search by the hotels (1).
\nTake Route No. 11 to the intersection of National Route No. 40 (32 Km) in the direction of El Chalt\u00e9n, we will take the mythical Route 40 bordering Argentino Lake, we will cross the Santa Cruz River, continue to the La Leona River, where we will travel through its ravine until we arrive after 1 hour 15 minutes, to the old and historic La Leona route hotel, where if the passenger wishes they can have a coffee with homemade cakes and enjoy the small museum.<\/p>\n

It continues bordering Viedma Lake, until the meeting of Provincial Route No. 23, having the Andes Mountains in the background, including Fitz Roy and Cerro Torre.<\/p>\n

Arriving at the mountain village of El Chalt\u00e9n after approximately 3 hours of travel, having traveled 220 km.<\/p>\n

Once in town, you will be informed of the location of the self-guided trails that leave El Chalt\u00e9n and lead to the main viewpoints: Capri Lagoon, Fitz Roy viewpoint, Cerro Torre viewpoint, Condores viewpoint, Salto del Chorrillo, Loma del Pliegue Tumbado (lagoon viewpoint and Cerro Torre) for which you will be advised on the different options depending on your physical condition.
\nTowards the end of the afternoon, at the informed time, passengers must return to the meeting point for the return to El Calafate.
