Perito Moreno Glacier with Navigation<\/span>

Description<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Accompanied throughout the journey by a bilingual guide from Los Glaciares National Park.<\/strong>
\nYou will travel 80 km to the walkway area in front of the Perito Moreno Glacier.
\nStarting the tour by picking up the passengers at the hotels(1), to the right of the road you can see Argentino Lake as well as its Redonda Bay.<\/p>\n

In the first 50 km you can see the Patagonian steppe landscape.
\nWithin Los Glaciares National Park<\/strong>, tree vegetation predominates, mostly belonging to the Nothofagus family (Lengas, \u00d1ires, Coihues de Magallanes).<\/p>\n

Upon entry the guide will explain the rules of behavior within the National Park.
\nDuring the remaining 23 km, stops will be made to take panoramic photos and the first views of the Moreno Glacier<\/strong>, until reaching the Bajo de La Sombras port and taking the one-hour navigation in front of the glacier. At the end of this boat ride you will move to the walkways located 7 km away.
\nThe transfer ends at the walkways and the guide will explain the circuit options that are possible to travel.<\/p>\n

There, the guide will inform you of the meeting time for the return.
\nThe walk along the walkways is free, however, the guide will accompany the group to the main balcony and will provide assistance.
\nThe walkways have an extension of 5 km and are made up of stairs that descend until they are approximately 300 meters from the front of the glacier.<\/p>\n

Perito Moreno Glacier Viewpoints<\/strong>
\n146 meters from the access to the walkways is the Main Balcony, from where you can see a stunning view. The north and south walls can be seen, as well as the glacier endication area.
\nFrom each of the remaining balconies distributed along the stairs you can appreciate the majesty of this ice giant.
\nFinally, after the walk along the walkways, the return to El Calafate begins.<\/p>\n
